What do I need to bring to purchase cannabis as a medical patient?
Medical patients must present a valid government-issued photo ID and their active Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) medical certification. Certification is verified electronically in accordance with COMAR 10.62.29.
Do medical patients receive different pricing or benefits?
Medical patients may qualify for different tax treatment, access to medical-only products, and provider-set allotments. All pricing and benefits comply with MCA regulations.
How is my medical allotment tracked?
All allotments are monitored through the state METRC system and follow a rolling 30‑day limit, as outlined in COMAR 10.62.03.
What happens if I run out of my medical allotment?
Once your allotment is reached, no further medical cannabis may be sold until your window refreshes. Adult-use purchases remain available for customers aged 21+ within standard limits.
Can a caregiver pick up my medicine for me?
Yes. Only MCA‑registered caregivers may pick up medical cannabis for the actively licensed Maryland Medical Cannabis cardholder they are registered to. They must present caregiver credentials and valid ID (COMAR 10.62.30).

Drive‑Thru FAQ

How does the drive‑thru work?
Customers present valid ID, place an order through the online menu or drive‑thru budtender, and remain inside their vehicle. All transactions follow MCA compliance, including METRC tracking and ID verification.
Can medical patients use the drive‑thru?
Yes. Medical patients may complete full allotment purchases through the drive‑thru. All purchases update METRC instantly.
Can I browse products or place an order in the drive‑thru?
Not at this time. To place an order for Drive-Thru, one must use our online checkout in order to ensure safety and traffic flow. Customers should use the online live menu before entering the queue.
Can I consume cannabis in my vehicle?
No. Maryland prohibits cannabis consumption in vehicles, whether parked or moving, on public or private property accessible to the public.

Walk‑Up Window & Curbside FAQ

How does the walk‑up window work?
Customers present ID and complete their transaction at the designated window. All compliance, METRC tracking, and security rules apply.
